It is with great satisfaction that we present International Journal of Education and Teaching – IJET-PDVL, Vol. 8, No. 1 (2025), bringing together studies that reflect the thematic, methodological, and epistemological diversity that characterizes contemporary scientific production in the fields of Education and Teaching.

The articles included in this issue address current and relevant topics for the academic community, encompassing different perspectives on teacher education, teaching methodologies, inclusive education, educational technologies, science education, sustainability, pedagogical innovation, and educational practices committed to social transformation. These studies demonstrate the authors' commitment to producing knowledge that contributes to strengthening teaching and learning processes across diverse educational contexts.

Among the published studies are investigations focused on the development of inclusive methodologies for science teaching, the use of Green Chemistry as a strategy for sustainable education, the implementation of active learning methodologies in educational practice, and the development of pedagogical approaches grounded in accessibility, equity, and the appreciation of diversity.
