Presentation of the Issue

The International Journal of Education and Teaching – IJET-PDVL is pleased to present Volume 6, Issue 2 (2023), reaffirming its commitment to publishing high-quality scientific research that promotes innovation, critical reflection, and the continuous advancement of Education and Teaching. The studies brought together in this issue demonstrate the diversity of contemporary educational research and its contribution to the development of more effective, inclusive, and socially engaged educational practices.

The articles published in this volume explore a broad spectrum of themes, including experimental Chemistry and Biology teaching, active learning methodologies, teacher education, supervised teaching practice, environmental education, sustainability, sexuality education, educational technologies, emergency remote teaching, applied linguistics, and the appreciation of traditional knowledge. These diverse perspectives illustrate the interdisciplinary nature of educational research and reinforce the importance of connecting scientific knowledge with the realities of schools and society.

One of the distinguishing features of this issue is its emphasis on experiential learning and pedagogical innovation. Several studies present educational experiments, didactic models, instructional resources, workshops, and interactive methodologies designed to encourage inquiry, creativity, collaboration, and meaningful learning. By integrating theory with classroom practice, these investigations provide valuable contributions to improving teaching strategies across different educational contexts.

The volume also highlights the importance of educational resilience in response to social and institutional transformations. Research addressing the challenges of emergency remote education, the adaptation of teaching practices, and the incorporation of digital technologies demonstrates the educational community's capacity to respond creatively to changing circumstances. At the same time, studies focusing on sustainability, environmental awareness, and local knowledge reinforce the role of education in promoting responsible citizenship and sustainable development.

Through the publication of original research from different institutions and academic fields, IJET-PDVL continues to strengthen its mission of fostering scientific dialogue, international academic cooperation, and interdisciplinary knowledge exchange. The diversity of themes and methodological approaches represented in this issue reflects the journal's commitment to advancing educational research capable of addressing the complex challenges of contemporary society.

We extend our sincere gratitude to the authors, peer reviewers, Editorial Board members, and editorial staff for their professionalism and dedication. Their collaborative efforts ensure the scientific quality, ethical standards, and international recognition of this publication.

We hope that the studies presented in this issue will inspire further research, encourage innovative educational initiatives, and contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching and learning in diverse educational settings.

We wish all our readers an inspiring and rewarding reading experience.
